Our Traditional Tuscan Cooking School is dedicated to those who love the true taste of tradition and culinary culture of Italy. We offer to you three three-day programmes to introduce to you the ancient flavours and reveal the secrets of home cooking from both Tuscany and Umbria. Step by step lessons in the preparation of homemade pasta and other local delicacies will coincide with exceptional dining in our Restaurant, the tasting of typical wines of the area and guided tours of Cortona and ancient vineyards of Montepulciano.

Programme 1 – “the Wine”
Day One After a welcome cocktail and an introduction to the three-day programme, you will savour a traditional Tuscan dinner in our Restaurant “the Essence” and taste typical wines of the area. Second Day The morning will be a guided tour of a local winery, followed by lunch at a typical restaurant. The afternoon is a guided tour of the ancient wineries of Montepulciano. Day Three the morning and afternoon will be leisure time for you. In the evening there will be an explanation as to how to choose wines to compliment the different dishes presented by our Chef.
The programme includes – Three nights accommodation in a double Classic Room with buffet breakfast; welcome cocktail; dinner in our Restaurant “the Essence”; the guided tour; wine tasting and lunch. ALL INCLUSIVE COST - €500,00 PER PERSON
Programme 2 – “the Pecorino Cheese”
Day One After a welcome cocktail, and an introduction to the three-day programme, you will savour a traditional Tuscan dinner comprising of difference kinds of fresh and well-matured cheeses in our Restaurant “the Essence”. Day Two the morning will be leisure time for you. In the afternoon you will visit a traditional farmhouse to witness the making of Pecorino cheese, which will be followed by a typical dinner. Day Three The morning will be a guided tour of Cortona, followed by lunch in a typical Restaurant. The afternoon will again be leisure time for you.
The programme includes – Three nights accommodation in a double Classic Room with buffet breakfast; welcome cocktail; dinner in our Restaurant “the Essence” and at the farmhouse; the guided tour of Cortona; cheese tasting and lunch. ALL INCLUSIVE COST - €500,00 PER PERSON
