Our Restaurant was opened in the Summer of 2005, and from then until now all our guests have enjoyed and experienced the refined art of dining from a traditional but innovative menu.
Our Restaurant “the Essence” is idyllic for dinner parties, and is here our guests have the opportunity of savour and taste traditional Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine from seasonal ingredients of the highest quality. Our dishes are complimented with oil produced from the ancient olive trees located in our gardens, freshly baked bread and a choice of excellent wine from our recently established “Wine Cellar”, where we have more than 500 labels from many of the most prestigious vineyards around the world.
There are two parts to our Restaurant, the outside terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape or in the refined atmosphere of the dining room. At the Relais we pride ourselves in creating gourmet, sophisticated and traditional cuisine. Freshly made pasta, homemade bread baked daily, locally produced vegetables and fruits… our recipes are as simple and genuine as the hand-picked ingredients that we use.
